Mike Gibney has developed an extensive career helping organizations design and execute transformative strategies by blending analytical precision, empathetic leadership, and deep operating model expertise—with a growing focus on unlocking the value of AI and advanced analytics.

Over the past two decades, Mike has worked with executive teams across industries and around the world to reshape how companies operate—whether transitioning a Fortune 50 petroleum company from a regional to global-functional model, crafting a hybrid global/regional brand and product strategy for a global F&B leader, or building and launching a new clinical informatics business within a global medtech company.

His approach combines classic strategy development and organization design with emerging capabilities in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. He partners with leaders to embed these established and emerging technologies into the core of their operating models—not as bolt-ons, but as integrated enablers of agility, efficiency, and smarter decision-making across functions.
